“ It’s important to know that I’m an American who has lived in Venezuela a few years. I’ve lived all over the country, and I KNOW Venezuelan food. I can very comfortably say this is the best Venezuelan food I’ve eaten outside of the country in twenty years. They got everything right. My wife has never tried Venezuelan food, and she absolutely loved it. She had the biggest smile, and she kept asking why we had never eaten this food before. The food is excellent. They have every type of dish you can imagine. There is a huge variety, which is so nice. The portions are huge! The drinks are delicious. They have Frescolita! If you know you know haha. The Chicha is awesome! You cannot find Chicha anywhere. The Arepas (my wife’s favorite) are truly delicious. There are tons of Venezuelans who frequent the restaurant, which is important to acknowledge. I ordered enough for eight people because I wanted to try everything haha. The staff is awesome. They’re all from Maracaibo and are the nicest people with a great energy. If you want an authentic Venezuelan experience with great food and wonderful staff, you absolutely need to bring your family to Sabor Venezolano! I took a bunch of pictures. My only regret is I didn’t get any cachapas this visit. Next time! ”
